Products are delivered to the delivery address which you gave us during the order process. So it is important to check this information twice!. We will do our best to dispatch your order the day you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from the courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order re-sent to you.
If something didn’t meet your high standards, let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org). We want to make it better and make you happy. Although we don’t accept returns at this time, we’re always open to feedback and would love to know how we can improve our products.
If you receive a defective or damaged order, we’re happy to refund it within 30 days. Simply send us a photo of the damaged product. Send us your photo by email to email@example.com. Once your photo has been validated by our customer service, a new product will be sent to you immediately. Or if you prefer a refund, your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method. While your credit may be instant, please allow additional time for your banking or financial institution to process your credit.
